By developing innovative tools and resources, IncluDE empowers institutions to address systemic challenges and create inclusive academic environments that support all students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>IncluDE seeks to establish a comprehensive&nbsp;<strong>Inclusion Reference Framework<\/strong>&nbsp;to guide higher education institutions in evaluating and improving their inclusion policies and practices. This framework will provide practical tools to address a wide range of inclusion challenges, including disabilities, cultural and social barriers, economic obstacles, and geographical constraints. The project involves collaboration among institutions, experts, and stakeholders to promote inclusion throughout every stage of the academic journey, from pre-access to career readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-red-color\">\u200bExpected outcomes<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Over the course of three years,&nbsp;IncluDE will focus on delivering&nbsp;the following outcomes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inclusion Reference Framework&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A matrix-based framework of indicators addressing the student journey from pre-access preparation to career readiness, integrated with key inclusion challenges identified by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inclusivity Evaluation Instrument<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A diagnostic tool to assess institutions&#8217; current inclusion status, identify areas for improvement, and guide action planning at institutional, curriculum, and course levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inclusion Monitor<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A structured discussion and planning tool that helps institutions create actionable roadmaps for improvement and align strategies with EU and national policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inclusivity Resources Portal<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>An online platform offering open-access resources, including guidelines, best practices, design models, and technological tools. The portal also integrates an AI assistant to support stakeholders in implementing inclusive strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CPD Course&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A Continuing Professional Development (CDP) course for leaders, educators, and support staff, designed to introduce the framework, indicators, and tools, and to provide resources for managing inclusion in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Inclusion Consultancy Group<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>A network of experts available to provide on-demand support and guidance to institutions in adopting and implementing the IncluDE framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more, check <a href=\"https:\/\/include.eadtu.eu\/home\">this website.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"279\" height=\"77\" src=\"https:\/\/esu-online.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Screenshot-2025-08-06-133857.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10842\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-gray-color\">Funded by the European Union.
