The overall purpose of the project is <\/span>to develop and implement innovative methods and practices to <\/span>foster inclusive education and promote common values in Higher Education (HE)<\/b>. Specifically, <\/span>SMILE project<\/span><\/a> will <\/span>encourage the participation, progress and achievement of disadvantaged learners in HE<\/b>, by supporting educational staff to address diversity (in relation to ethnicity, women\u2019s leadership and socioeconomic status) and strengthening diversity among educational staff.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project <\/span>is co-funded by the European Union<\/b> (through the Key Action 3 of Erasmus+ Programme: <\/span>Social Inclusion and Common Values: the Contribution in the Field of Education and Training<\/span><\/i>), and it <\/span>is coordinated by EUCEN <\/b>(European University Continuing Education Network).<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
